| Self-Service Password Reset Never lose access to your account again |

| Dear All,
As part of a series of initiatives that we have undertaken as part of IT we aim to simplify the life of our workforce on the field and elsewhere. We have rolled out the feature of self-resetting your password without having to send a mail to IT Support or Call anybody in IT support. This will also be part of all our mobile applications such as the inward-outward , sampler , Pestinct Operator app and others. One important thing you need to make sure that you have given a correct mobile number as part of the HR records as there will be an OTP sent on the same number. Below are the details.
